At TIS India, on 18th September we celebrated yet another anniversary and completion of its world class service.

Celebration started with Speech of our respected Business Manager Mr. Manoj Tiwari. He congratulated everyone for the completion of yet another successful year and dictated the glorified achievements of the company in the last year.

He added "I am extremely delighted that TIS India’s customers over the past few years have eagerly constantly praised our service and fresh approach to provide web solutions. One of our key qualities that differentiate us from others has been our dedication and determination to provide the best service and significantly improve our efficiency through planning and teamwork."

Adding to this, the honorable Managing Director Mr. Vijyendra Thapliyal said, "Our teamwork has been the best and I hope together we along with every team member from each team or department will help the company attain more achievement in coming years. TIS India group has entered and achieved a leading position in IT industry and I am delighted to announce that despite the global economic slowdown in last few months, the company remained one of the few exceptions that consecutively enjoyed its extraordinary growth rate."

Since its solid foundation the company has followed stable growth strategy and carefully chosen planned partnerships that in turn allowed TIS India develop into a world leader as the leading web solution firm and expand its business exponentially specially in Development, Designing, Internet Marketing and E-commerce solutions. We have grown from a small team, to a thriving and full fledged ISO certified IT company in 2009, with a skilled work force operating its customers worldwide.

As part of the celebration, team leaders from various departments- Bharat Gupta (Programming Project Head), Amit (SEO Project Head), Vipin Kumar Sharma (Web Designing Project Head) were also rewarded for their performance. Apart from this, each of them also shared their personal experiences in TIS India. Besides this, each of them shared future plans in relation to their team progress and strained upon constant improvement and smart work with honesty to be the frontrunner in the market.

Followed by the extremely motivated speeches, rewards and honors were given to the TIS members for their contribution towards success. Amit Kothiyal, SEO Project Manager has been chosen as the “Employee of the Year”, Sandip Mishra, Sr. Web Developer as “Employee of the month”.

Members from the TIS India family who have contributed more than 3 years of dedicated work tenure also been honored. Special rewards have been given to Jyoti Mali (SEO Team Lead) and others for their performances in their respective fields.

Further disclosing the much awaiting mystery, SEO Team has been chosen as the “Best Team of the Year”.

Followed by sharing of past experiences and reward for performances, Mr. Manoj further added, "Since the beginning we have constantly worked hard and created a good foundation. But the time has come to focus towards the next phase of our growth. The journey has just started and my vision is to place us as one of the best and leading companies. I am confident that today TIS India has all the necessary skills and human resource capabilities to achieve this mission."

Talking and emphasizing upon the teamwork and infrastructure, he even mentioned about the regular growth of company’s employee strength and infrastructure improvement. He set new challenges for every team for the years to come.

The voyage of TIS India has been notable and expects to keep the momentum going into 2009 with plans to further expand its service in advanced technologies. Furthermore, the company also plans to add new customers and spread its presence in other parts of world that has remained untouched since its inception.
